1.Guarantee
1.1.General conditions
Noxon guarantees the products and equipment it sells for life, with the exception of power supplies, batteries, and electronic components subject to wear or misuse. These have a 6-month warranty, extendable to 2 years if the customer is able to demonstrate that the defect is from the origin.
Therefore, they are excluded from the warranty:
- All components are subject to wear as a result of the normal use of the equipment, as well as all those equipment that lacks the corresponding serial number at the time of the claim.
- Those equipment that deteriorates or breaks down due to faulty installation, poor conservation, inadequate treatment or handling or adverse weather conditions.
Is excluded from the guarantee any type of incident caused by:
- Negligence.
- Lack of surveillance or maintenance.
- Faulty use or use for a purpose other than that intended for this material.
Any intervention carried out by persons not authorized by Noxon will automatically void the warranty. Damage caused by incorrect installation, power surges, electric shocks, atmospheric phenomena, incorrect firmware replacement, or improper handling of the product invalidates its warranty.
If you require a repair, review, and reconditioning service for Noxon equipment, these must be sent along with all original components and accessories. The customer will assume the cost and management of returning items with problems covered by the warranty. Noxon will be responsible for shipping the repaired product back to the customer.
All warranty claims are determined at Noxon’s sole discretion.
1.2.Manufacturing defect
The warranty is understood in the Noxon Technical Department workshop. Noxon’s obligation is limited to the repair or replacement of the products without any cost of parts or labor if it is proven to be a defect in materials or workmanship.
Noxon guarantees the return and replacement of the products and equipment it sells during the 14 calendar days following their receipt by the customer, if a manufacturing defect is detected that prevents its correct operation.
The return of products to Noxon must be made with all accessories, manuals and original packaging in perfect condition, writing and/or labeling (either by the customer) is not permitted. or logistics company) on the original packaging of the products as well as replacement and/or manipulation of accessories or components of the equipment.
Will not be supported:
- Equipment with own or third-party seals on the original packaging.
- Equipment with writing and/or labeling directly on the packaging.
- Equipment without original packaging, damaged or beaten.
In the event of a manufacturing defect, Noxon will be responsible for paying for and managing return shipments to Noxon and sending them back to the customer after the repair.
Do not hesitate to contact us to help you diagnose any of our products. This process will serve to determine if the repair is covered by our warranty (see general conditions). Otherwise, we will estimate the cost of such repair and ensure that your Noxon product remains in working order.

2.Purchasing process
2.1.Shipping

Most of the products offered by Noxon require a preparation period of 5-10 business days (working days). Subsequently, a delivery time of between 24 and 48 hours is expected.

EU Shipping
Most of the products offered by Noxon require a preparation period of 5-10 business days (working days). Subsequently, a delivery time of between 3-4 business days is expected.

International shipments

Correction or update of the shipping address
We only ship items to the shipping address indicated in your order. If your package has been shipped, and it was sent to the wrong address or you would like to update the address it is addressed to, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
Intercepting or rerouting a packet may result in additional fees and is carrier dependent.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Orders received after 12:00 p.m. in the Time Zone of Spain CET (Central Europe Time), will be registered with the date of the next business day.
2.2.Returns
Once you have received one of our products, you have 14 calendar days to request a return, which must be approved by our team, except for custom-made products.
You will be responsible for shipping and its costs, sending the product to Calle J 20 – 31192 – Mutilva Baja – Navarra- Spain.
For the returns process to be carried out effectively, the products must not have been used and must be in perfect condition without any defects, scratches, or other marks of use. The product must be sent in its original packaging, including organizers/protectors that keep the product secured inside.
In case of doubt to achieve the same state of the original packaging, you must contact Noxon through email info@noxon.tech to request help.
Upon receipt of the merchandise at our facilities, the Noxon team will verify compliance with the conditions described above. Once the refund is approved, it will be made within 14 days of confirmed delivery and without any additional cost, except for charges for product damage, shipping cost and a €60 handling and packaging fee.
The method to make the refund will be the same as that used to pay for the purchase.
2.3.Customs
In international shipments, the recipient will be responsible for customs and tax expenses related to imports under the specific conditions of each country. If you want more information, we recommend that you contact the institutions responsible for import procedures in your country.

For reasons related to export and import procedures, the delivery time may be modified, conditioning the estimated time of receipt of the order initially indicated by Noxon.
