1. Guarantee
1.1. Standard Warranty
All Noxon products are covered by a two-year limited warranty, starting from the date of delivery to the customer. This warranty protects against defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use.
Power supplies, batteries, and electronic components subject to wear or misuse have a 6-month warranty, extendable to 2 years if the customer is able to demonstrate that the defect is from the origin.
Noxon’s warranty does not cover:
-Cosmetic wear or aesthetic imperfections that do not affect functionality.
-Damage caused by misuse, modification, or mishandling.
-Wear and tear resulting from normal operation.
-Failures caused by external factors such as power surges, moisture, or incorrect installation.
-Products that have been opened, disassembled, or tampered with by unauthorized persons.
Products returned under warranty will be assessed at our sole discretion to determine eligibility for repair, replacement, or refund.
1.2. Warranty Claims Procedure
To initiate a warranty claim, customers must contact our support team with:
-Proof of purchase.
-Serial number of the product.
-Description of the issue, ideally accompanied by photos or videos for technical evaluation.
Upon approval of the claim, instructions for the return shipment will be provided. In cases where the issue falls under the warranty, return shipping costs will be covered by Noxon. In all other cases, the customer assumes responsibility for shipping and any related fees.
Returns without prior approval or lacking required documentation will not be processed.
1.3. Repair & Replacement Terms
If a defect is confirmed and covered under warranty:
-The product will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer.
-Replaced items may be new or refurbished, and carry the remaining warranty period of the original item.
-If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
Repairs requested for issues not covered under warranty may incur a fee. A quotation will be provided before proceeding.
1.4. Warranty Limitations for Discounted or Customized Products
Products purchased under promotional discounts, collaborations, or special agreements are covered under the same standard warranty unless otherwise specified in writing. However:
-These items may be non-refundable, even in the case of return requests within the standard cooling-off period.
-Products with custom modifications (physical alterations, non-standard finishes, or embedded third-party components) are excluded from refund eligibility, though they remain covered under the warranty for functional defects, unless the issue is directly related to the customization.
1.5. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for:
-Verifying the condition of the products upon delivery.
-Reporting any issues or defects within 7 calendar days of receiving the shipment.
-Retaining the original packaging for warranty or return processes.
We strongly advise that products be tested promptly upon delivery. Claims submitted weeks or months later may be denied.
1.6. Limitation of Liability
Noxon shall not be liable for:
-Any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
-Damage or loss of third-party equipment or accessories used in conjunction with Noxon products.
-Loss of income, production time, or data.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies solely to the original purchaser.
2. SHIPPING
2.1. Processing Times
Most Noxon products require a preparation and handling period of 5 business days from the time of order confirmation. This preparation phase ensures thorough quality checks, safe packaging, and—when applicable—system calibration.
Estimated delivery times begin only after this preparation period has concluded and depend on the destination:
-Spain (mainland): 24 to 48 business hours.
-European Union: 3 to 4 business days.
-International: 5 to 7 business days.
While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to product complexity, third-party logistics, or customs clearance. Noxon shall not be held liable for such delays.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM CET are processed the following business day.
2.2. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address.
Shipping confirmation constitutes a transfer of responsibility to the carrier. Unless explicitly requested and paid for, Noxon does not insure shipments.
2.3. Signature & Delivery
To ensure safe delivery, a signature upon receipt is required for all shipments. In cases where the courier confirms delivery but the customer reports the package as missing (e.g., left at the door), Noxon assumes no liability unless the issue is provably due to a carrier error and not the recipient’s absence or negligence.
If you anticipate delivery complications, please inform us in advance so that special arrangements can be considered.
2.4. Address Changes & Delivery Interception
We only ship to the address provided at checkout. If a correction or rerouting is required after dispatch, please contact us immediately. Carrier-dependent fees may apply and will be charged to the customer.
Noxon is not responsible for delivery failures resulting from incomplete, incorrect, or outdated address information provided by the customer.
2.5. Customs & International Duties
For orders shipped outside the EU, the recipient is fully responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance procedures. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.
If the customer refuses to pay applicable customs fees and the package is returned to us, a partial refund will be issued, deducting:
-Original shipping cost.
-Return shipping cost.
-Handling and packaging fee.
-Customs and clearance fees incurred in Spain.
We strongly recommend checking with local authorities before placing an international order.
2.6. Shipping Fees & Handling Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and package dimensions.
All returns or exchanges are subject to a handling and repackaging fee of €100, which covers inspection, labor, and packaging materials. This fee applies regardless of the return reason, unless the issue is a confirmed warranty defect.
2.7. Customer Reception Responsibility
In the event that an order is returned to the sender for reasons beyond the seller’s control (including, but not limited to, the recipient’s absence, failure to pay customs duties or taxes, or refusal to accept the shipment), the following conditions shall apply:
The customer may request a second shipment of the order, which will be subject to the payment of the corresponding shipping and handling costs.
If the customer chooses not to request a second shipment, no refund will be issued, as the product was duly prepared, dispatched, and returned for reasons not attributable to the seller.
If, after a second attempt, the order is again returned for the same reasons, Noxon reserves the right to refuse any further shipment requests and shall not be obligated to refund the order amount.
3. Return & Refund Policy
3.1. Return Period and Conditions
Products purchased directly from Noxon may be returned within 14 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date.
Returned items must be:
-In unused and like-new condition.
-In their original packaging, including all protective materials, inserts, accessories, and manuals.
-Properly packaged to avoid damage in transit.
Items purchased under specific promotional agreements may not be eligible for return, as detailed in section 4 of our Guarantee Policy.
3.2. Exclusions
The following items are non-refundable:
-Products that have been customized or manufactured under specific customer requirements.
-Products returned in used, damaged or incomplete condition.
-Products purchased under discount agreements or promotional campaigns, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
3.3. Return Procedure
To initiate a return, the customer must contact Noxon at info@noxon.tech. While we do not operate an RMA system, the customer will receive a Product Return Request Form and instructions to return the package.
We recommend the use of a trackable and insured shipping method. Noxon cannot be held responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit.
3.4. Fees and Costs
-A handling fee of €100 (excluding VAT) will be deducted from the refund for all eligible returns, unless the return is due to an error or defect attributable to Noxon.
-All shipping and customs/duty fees associated with the return are the sole responsibility of the customer.
-If the returned product does not comply with the return conditions, no refund will be issued, and the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the product back.
-The original shipping cost from the order will not be refunded. If the order included free shipping, the equivalent shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
3.5. Shipping Liability
Shipping liability terms are defined in section 2.3 of our Shipping Policy.
3.6. Refunds
If the return is accepted:
-Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from receipt and inspection of the product.
-Refunds will be made via the original payment method, minus applicable costs.
3.7. Multiple Returns and Restocking Policy
Customers with a history of repeated returns may be subject to additional conditions at Noxon’s discretion. These may include:
-Restocking fees of up to 20% of the original purchase price. These restocking fees may be applied in addition to the standard handling fee.
-Refusal of future return requests, especially in cases where returned items have shown signs of usage or mishandling.
-Requirement for full pre-approval before initiating any further returns.
Noxon reserves the right to evaluate the legitimacy of each return request and to limit the number of accepted returns per customer per calendar year in order to prevent abuse of the return system.
While we support flexibility and transparency, our return policy is designed to protect operational integrity and product value. Customers engaging in purchase-and-return cycles inconsistent with normal use may be flagged for internal review.
By placing an order with Noxon, the customer acknowledges and accepts the terms outlined in this Terms and Conditions page. These terms apply to all purchases unless otherwise agreed in writing.
